You are solely responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. tt1069 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your login details confidential.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform.
- Personal information provided must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
- Users must notify tt1069 immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account.
- Tt1069 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Tt1069 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using the tt1069 platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to the platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Distributing viruses, malware, or any malicious code through the platform.
- Carrying out any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or interferes with other users' experience.
- Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or system inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage.
Tt1069 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the tt1069 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate and lawful sources.
Tt1069 supports local Malaysian payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfers. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
- Deposit: Funds will be credited to your account upon successful payment verification. Processing times vary by payment method — TNG and FPX are typically instant, while bank transfers may take longer.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed once platform requirements have been met. Identity verification may be required for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
- Transaction cancellation: Deposits that have been credited cannot be reversed. Withdrawals that are still being processed may be cancelled before confirmation, subject to the current policy.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for any taxes or liabilities related to their winnings or transactions under applicable Malaysian law.
Tt1069 is not liable for any losses arising from transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, technical issues beyond our control, or inaccurate bank account details provided by the user.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
Tt1069 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any of the terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of terms, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the tt1069 support team. Account closure upon user request will be processed after all eligible balances have been settled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, tt1069 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or processing delays.
Intellectual Property

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force.
